How do payment plans work?

How do I return my order?
Return or exchange via the mail: Start by visiting our Returns Center. You can print a shipping label and drop off at the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?
Once your items have been dropped off in the mail and scanned by the carrier, your refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-9 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
While our products are safe while pregnant or breastfeeding, we always recommend speaking with your doctor first.
Can children use your products?
Our products are designed for use with people who are 18 years old and older. For people 12 and older, consult your dentist.
Are your products enamel-safe?
Safety and efficacy are our main priorities. We always develop to the recommended FDA safety standards but if you have any specific concerns, please speak with your health care professional.
Are your products safe for dental work? (Braces, crowns, veneers, etc.)
We always recommend speaking with your dentist or health care professional before introducing a new product onto your dental work.
Do your products whiten dental work? (Braces, crowns, veneers, etc.)
Dental work is a different material than tooth enamel and is unlikely to be whitened with whitening products. Please speak to your dental professional.
Are you FDA approved?
All of our manufacturing facilities are FDA approved. The FDA does not provide approvals on individual products. They provide guidance on cosmetic products and labeling and they create requirements for OTC (over the counter) drugs.
Are you ADA (American Dental Association) approved?
Not yet but stay tuned! Currently, the ADA only approves toothpaste with fluoride.
