Our customer service team will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however, please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response. We are equipped to handle orders placed through trysnow.com, amazon.com (excluding Prime), HSN, Fab Fit Fun, and Indiegogo. We can only do returns for trysnow.com, Indiegogo, and Amazon. Any orders placed through any other retailers need to be handled by their respective customer service teams.
